Amix Tech launches the Coffee Angel Network to support producers from Mexico and Ecuador to look for new buyers.

In AmixTech, we will focus to find angel investors or coffee buyers to buy batches of coffee from small producers in Mexico and Ecuador.

Recognising the booming coffee market in Mexico & Ecuador, I personally will collaborate in the professionalisation of looking for new buyers for coffee producers that we connected the last couple of years, starting in Puebla, after living one year in Mexico as a Digital Nomad and also, from Cuenca-Ecuador.

I got fascinated with Mexican Coffee and my story around coffee started when I ran a Coffee Consulting Company in Chile, selling coffee, organising coffee events and also, I visited Galapagos-Ecuador, getting inspired with wild coffee.

Two years ago while I was traveling in Mexico, I created the #MexicanCoffeeExploration in Instagram and X and started to visit coffee shops and taste different coffee origins in Ciudad de Mexico, Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta.

In 2024, I am proud to say that thanks to local partners from Ciudad de Mexico and Puerto Vallarta, Amix Tech Lab’s arrival in Mexico heralds a new era of entrepreneurial innovation and we will start with Mexican Coffee, to continue later with founders of startups.

Where we will find buyers?

I lived in Texas and have great connections among buyers in Austin and also, Chile, where we will start pushing sales of Mexican & Ecuatorian Coffee.
