Before taking part in the Simei-Enovitis 2007 in Milano-Italy, AndesWines.com visited Montalcino, in the heart of Tuscany, crossing more than 460 kilometres from Milan down south to the wineries Argiano and Cold'Orcia, property of the Countess Noemi and the Count Francesco Marone Cinzano. We crossed vineyards, wine cellars, tasted their “Brunellos di Montalcino" and also experienced their diversification and innovation towards the Tourism and Olive oil production. Far away in South America, the countess has Noemia of Patagonia Winery and the Count Francesco in Chile has Reserva de Caliboro Erasmo. |

Entre ellas, podemos destacar el Salón del Vino, que celebró su séptima versión hace unos meses atrás en el Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza en Chile, el Carménère Adventure 2005, Catas Ciegas de Vinos del Mundo en El Circulo del Vino y las degustaciones en el Crucero National Geographic, que forman parte de un emprendimiento comercial que avanza y sigue creciendo. |

We talked to Federico Castellucci from The International Organisation of Vine and Wine (O.I.V) which replaced the International Vine and Wine Office. The inaugural assembly of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine has taken place in Paris on 17th March 2004. The O.I.V Office was made up of 8 producer countries (Spain, Tunisia, France, Portugal, Hungary, Luxemburg, Greece and Italy at the time of its creation in 1924. |
